"I first met Kate and Leigh to discuss a holiday booking for next year. We booked in. However we decided to take a last minute trip to Belgium on Wednesday and I messaged and asked Kate if she had availability just the night before. She accommodated very quickly advised there'd be another dog there but if I was happy then so was she.
Henry our cockapoo had the most amazing time. Kate kept me up to date through the day and vice versa.
